The Division IV Administrative Fire Captain recruitment is an Orange County Fire Authority (OCFA) internal recruitment. Only applications from current, non-probationary OCFA Fire Captains will be considered.
Your application MUST include all current, relevant OCFA work experience to be considered for this position. Failure to include your OCFA work experience along with any other related qualifying experience in the work history section of your application will result in disqualification from the selection process.
WORK SCHEDULE:
The Division Administrative Captain position are eligible for either a 9/80 or 4/10 work schedule, at the discretion of the Division Chief.
ADDITIONAL PAY:
Per the OCPFA IAFF - Local 3631 Side Letter Agreement - Eligibility for SAP-SIP, Division Administrative Fire Captains are eligible for 7.5% Staff Assignment Pay (SAP) and/or 10% Staff Incentive Pay (SIP). Please refer to the IAFF - Local 3631 MOU, page 105 for additional information.
VEHICLE USE:
The Division Administrative Captain has the use of an authority vehicle and work directly with the respective Division Chief.
