UX Researcher III Onsite
Summary:
As a UX researcher on the AR team, you will be responsible for maintaining a library of external devices for demos and assisting with user research. We are looking for someone who is hands-on, can work closely with a variety of devices, and understands technical specifications of various AR devices. Strong project management skills will be crucial to stay organized and liaise with various teams and other researchers for demos and use of these devices. You’ll also have the opportunity to work independently on identifying research opportunities, carrying out research, and informing our understanding of the market.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and be responsible for a library of external devices including set-up, troubleshooting, inventory, and building spec sheets
Collaboratively and independently develop and execute research roadmaps (qual/quant)
Lead research studies throughout all the phases of the product development cycle
Contribute to product strategy, execution and go-to-market plan
Skills:
Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
Tech savviness and ability to works hands-on with trouble shooting devices
Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
Strong project management and organization skills
Experience with data and utilizing numbers to define and support hypotheses
Experience with storytelling to get traction with various audience
Experience with autonomy and decision making to balance demands
Education/Experience:
BA/BS in a human behavior related field, such as human-computer interaction, psychology, sociology, communication, information science, media studies, computer science, or economics
Pay range is $67 - $72 per hour with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
