Duties:Lead the preparation of marketing opportunity models for our Diamide franchise by means of precise modeling and good interpersonal skills to interact with global and regional professionals. Conduct Annual Budget and Operating Committee presentations related to the Financial Performance of Diamides. Oversee the economic valuation process for all Diamide pipeline molecules including the generation of “What-If” models to assist in the strategic decisions made with our Partner Companies during negotiations. Champion the utilization of internal orders to drive reporting accuracies in project level spending in Global Strategic Marketing. Prepare financial slides for Leadership presentations. Monitor monthly Global Strategic Marketing and Global Technical sales results to ensure accuracy in the reporting and compliance to FMC policy. Assist in the forecasting and quarterly reviews of the Global Technical Sales Org. Provide day to day financial support to Marketing Global and regional leaders. Work on special projects as assigned. Support the internal controls processes in Global Marketing departments.
Requirements: Requires Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field of study, and 5 years of experience in any job title/occupation/position involving in FP&A (Financial planning and analysis) or Auditing/Controls servicing a global agricultural science company or similar. Experience specified must include 5 years of experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; and 3 years of experience generating or auditing month end reporting of financial information including consolidation. Experience specified must also include 2 years of experience each of the following: presenting to an Operating Commitee/Leadership team; utilizing basic technical accounting skills and basic U.S. GAAP, SOX and Financial Standards; and working with cross functional teams including regional and global stakeholders in a customer-focused environment. Telecommuting permitted up to 2 days per week.
