Summary of Responsibilities:
Continuously identify and assess new assets within the program's scope to ensure comprehensive vulnerability management.
Utilize vulnerability scanning tools to identify and prioritize vulnerabilities based on severity, exploitability, and potential business impact.
Advocate for and implement automated vulnerability management processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security controls and mitigate identified vulnerabilities.
Regularly update systems and applications with security patches to prevent vulnerabilities from being exploited.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or equivalent work experience.
5-7 years IT experience
2-4+ years of experience in a cybersecurity role, with a focus on Incident Response (IR), Security Operations Center (SOC), or security log analysis.
Proficiency with security monitoring tools and technologies
Cybersecurity or Information Security certifications would be helpful.
