Job Description
Lead the implementation and integration of new HRIS systems, including data migration, testing, and training.
Serve as the point of contact for HRIS vendors, ensuring system updates and maintenance are completed in a timely manner.
Develop and maintain HRIS policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify and address system issues and enhancements.
Provide training and support to HR staff and end-users on HRIS functionality and best practices.
Analyze data and provide insights to inform HR decision-making and strategic planning.
Maximize the HCM suite by creating data visualization, reporting, and predictive analytics for hiring, benefits, performance management, attrition, and retention strategies.
Stay current on HRIS trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Partner with HR leadership and business partners on communication and training related to HRIS processes and practices.
Manage human resource projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in human resources, business, or related field.
Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in HRIS management.
Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations and compliance requirements for HR and payroll.
Knowledge and familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
Proficiency in HRIS software such as Workday, ADP, Ceridian, SAP, or similar systems.
Proven experience leading HRIS implementations and integrations.
Ability to analyze, interpret, and communicate data and provide actionable insights.
Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to address stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Leadership and team management skills with at least one year of managing subordinates.
Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Professional HR certifications such as Professional in Human Resources (PHR), SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) are preferred.
Ten (10) years or more of progressive experience in HRIS management.
