Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the need for the Strategy and Operations Lead, which covers our full audience ecosystem from both the Commercial (B2B) and Consumer/Retail (B2C) sides of the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic planning, operational efficiency, and performance measurement within the team.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic process improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the overall performance of the sales enablement team.
Track and analyze performance data to assess the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
Facilitate collaboration between the sales enablement team and other departments, ensuring alignment and consistency across the organization.
Manage specific projects or initiatives within the sales enablement team, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Ensure content alignment and consistency across commercial and consumer channels by collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing performance data, and implementing strategies to optimize for quality and efficiency.
Align sales enablement initiatives with overall RL Global Sales objectives to ensure key projects support revenue growth.
Lead team document organization by establishing and maintaining clear file structures and version control to facilitate efficient collaboration and information sharing across the sales enablement team.
Skills:
1-3 years of program management experience
Proven experience in a strategic planning or operations role, preferably within a sales or sales enablement team.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams across the organization.
Knowledge of sales processes and methodologies, as well as sales enablement tools and technologies.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Pay range is $99 - $104 per hour with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
