SUMMARY
FullBloom is seeking aSenior?HRIS Analyst?to join our team. The successful candidate?supports alignment between system functionality and the company’s strategic goals through a proactive approach to understanding HR technology needs, enhancing system functionality and ensuring system performance. The Human Resource Information Services team supports and maintains all HR systems, related services, and applications used across the FullBloom network of businesses, in partnership with the broader HR team.? This role will be responsible for leading administration and evolution of the company’s HRIS landscape.?This is a remote location position.? Candidates from all states should apply.? Philadelphia, PA is the location of the home office.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Manages and supports optimal function of the organization’s internal HR information services systems, which may include database management, installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrades to applications, systems, and modules. Experience with Ultimate Software/UKGis required. Experience with iCIMS is strongly desired.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to identify needed improvements and enhancements to existing information services and databases; recommends and implements solutions.
Significant report writing utilizing Cognos, as well as the ability to program custom functions and documentation such as automated queries, filters, macros, and reports.Compiles or assists with acquisition of complex data reports, summaries, and logs requested by senior executives and HR staff.
Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HR employees, including payroll, recruitment, benefits.
Manages permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HR services users.
Leads planning, testing, and deployment of HRIS updates and enhancements.
Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in HR technology, HRIS applications, data management and security.
Documents HRIS processes and configuration changes for compliance and training purposes
Experience managing confidential information.
Performs other duties as required.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 5-7 years of HRIS analysis/support and Cognos report writing experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field strongly preferred.
