In this role you will spearhead talent acquisition efforts by partnering with hiring managers on hiring strategy, sourcing top-tier candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the full-cycle recruiting process. How Will You Make an Impact?
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to assess requirements and come up with innovative recruiting strategies to engage and interview Top A talent in the competitive market
- Build and execute strategies to source candidates via LinkedIn, through personal network, and other tools - curating personalized messages to passive candidates
- Conduct thorough performance and behavioral based interviews and phone screens to assess both the technical and non technical skills needed to be successful in GOBankingRates' environment.
- Maintain ATS system (Greenhouse) by:
- Tracking applications, referrals, and LinkedIn profiles on ATS systems.
- Maintaining recruiting inbox for all open positions, moving applicants to appropriate steps from application through hire
- Communicating with all applicants on application status in a timely manner
- Research and create job descriptions that are consistent throughout all departments
- Compile and deliver candidate feedback and updates to hiring managers.
- Take a consultative approach to recruitment and providing strategic recommendation to Hiring Managers around:
- Sourcing strategies
- Select appropriate interview panels
- Interview best practices
- Building job descriptions
- Build relationships with candidates through the hiring process and their experience at GOBankingRates
What Do You Bring to Us?
- Minimum of 3+ years experience in sourcing, staffing, human resources administration or related field.
- Strong prioritization and time management skills to navigate competing priorities
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient at coordinating tasks in a fast moving team environment
- Takes initiative, needs limited supervision
- Above average Microsoft Office skills, advanced Excel skills
- Proven ability to work comfortably under pressure while maintaining a high level of professionalism and a positive attitude
- Commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality with regards to sensitive information
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple groups of people and personalities
- Excitement to connect top talent with GBR opportunities and positively promote our brand
The salary range for this role is $70,000 - $80,000 plus bonus opportunities. Pay offered may vary within the posted range based on a number of factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
