Strategic Partner Manager IV Onsite
Summary:
Our company is seeking an experienced Strategic Partner Manager individual to identify, create, develop and manage relationships with creators to drive product adoption and partner value. In addition to partnering directly with creators, a large part of the role will also be collaborating with our various internal product and business teams. The creator partnerships team collaborates with some of the world’s most exciting creators and agencies. This position is located in Los Angeles, CA.
Responsibilities:
Manage the strategy, implementation and optimization of our strategic partnerships
Track, analyze and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships
Identify and manage emerging partners
Become the primary point of contact for and maintain strong direct relationships with our key partners
Proactively resolve business issues with partners
Be an internal advocate for the partners
Build and manage scalable partner programs to drive broad adoption of the company's Platform
Minimum Qualifications:
BA/BS degree
7-8+ years experience, including 4+ years of related partner or product experience
Project management experience, with experience leading and handling multiple time-sensitive, cross-functional projects
Communication and presentation experience
Proven experience thinking strategically about issues, leading to recommendations and action plans
Experience to work cross-functionally with all levels of management, both internally and externally
Preferred Qualifications:
Technical background
Experience to serve as a spokesperson for the company's Platform
Proven track record of driving partnership strategy at a consumer internet company, among a diverse set of industries
Rapid learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Pay range is $56 - $61 per hour with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
