About the Role
As the Sr. Director, Strategic Growth, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding TRSS’ market presence in the commercial and national security sector. You are a visionary leader with a proven track record of developing and executing high-impact growth strategies.
As Sr. Director, Strategic Growth, you will contribute to a variety of areas including:
- Strategic Growth Objectives: Collaborate with the Chief Growth Officer and other stakeholders to define and implement enterprise-focused growth initiatives. Ensure that strategic growth objectives are integrated into the product development roadmap to foster innovation and enhance market competitiveness.
- Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification: Conduct thorough analyses of current market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to pinpoint emerging opportunities and threats. Utilize this data to inform strategic decision-making and growth initiatives.
- Cross-functional Strategy Alignment: Work closely with the Tech, Analysis, and Sales departments to develop, align, and prioritize growth strategies that leverage our technological capabilities and market insights, ensuring seamless execution.
About You
You’re a good fit for the role of
Sr. Director, Strategic Growth, if you meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or growth strategy roles
- PMP preferred
- Ambitious self-starter with high energy and motivation
- Excellent communication, presentation and closing skills
- Proven track record of successfully driving revenue growth and expanding market share in the enterprise sector
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of driving teams towards common goals and engaging effectively with senior management and external partners.
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in leveraging data to make informed strategic decisions
- Effective time management skills
- Public records/open source data experience strongly preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. national security clearance
