Establish metrics to evaluate success of our various programs and partnerships?
Work closely with Corporate Affairs, Human Resources, and Office of the CEO teams to facilitate, develop and direct key relationships in alignment with our corporate business and philanthropic priorities
Establish mechanisms for enhanced communication of our professional relations activities working in partnership with Corporate Communications
Interact with Board Members and C-Suite of key customers, suppliers, and partners to understand respective strategic goals and objectives, and build programs through partnerships that advance our collective goals in a mutually beneficial manner
Develop strategies and tactics to advance issues and initiatives of importance to the Company’s business groups with external partners, including collaborative promotion of ideas and securing buy-in from key Board Members and C-Suite stakeholders
Represents the Company, and in selected cases HSI executive leadership, on advisory boards, program panels and conferences as an extension of the Company and their office.
Serve as a trusted partner with Company business units by providing value-added insight on partnerships, solutions, resolutions, and decisions needed to enable more efficient cross-business workflows, progress issues, and to bring business ideas together to advance commercial and operational objectives.
Actively represent the Company with professional associations and business organizations to further Company objectives.

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:
Typically 10 or more years of increasing responsibility and complexity in terms of any applicable professional experience. Internal candidates with relevant business experience are encouraged to apply.
PREFERRED EDUCATION:
Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline. Master's degree or global equivalent preferred. May hold two or more industry certifications.
TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Travel typically less than 35%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.
The posted range for this position is $145,925 - $200,445 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.
This position is eligible for a bonus not reflected in the posted range.
