Job Summary
As Human Resources Manager, you'll lead and manage practices to attract, develop, and retain top talent. You will drive employee engagement, foster a positive work culture, and ensure compliance with employment laws. Your role is crucial in shaping a productive and inclusive workplace.
Primary Responsibilities
- Serving as a subject matter expert for human resources, talent mgmt. and employee relations.
- Managing the staffing execution to workforce plan.
- Leading the deployment and execution of HR cycle processes and projects objectives.
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that drive a highly collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements.
Requirements
- Possess extensive management experience to showcase your comprehensive HR knowledge.
- Possess experience in employee relations, talent management and business partnering with leaders, managers and employees.
- Be able to build and maintain good relationships with key stakeholders.
- Be able to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Be a good communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Be analytical and technically skilled in human resources.
Compensation and Benefits
- The base pay for this position ranges from $112,047 to $140,463 per year depending on the geographic market.
- This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on performance.
