About the role

As the Strategic Sourcing Associate Director, you will be a key member of our global Sourcing and Procurement team. You will play a leadership role both in shaping our team’s strategy and delivering key sourcing projects, as well as supporting cross-functional teams to deliver through providing insights and analytics.  

Roles and responsibilities include:

  • You’ll partner with colleagues from a wide range of business areas globally to develop purchasing strategies that support strategic business objectives and deliver cost advantage

  • Taking ownership of high priority strategic sourcing projects including business case development, supplier negotiations, conducting analyses, and synthesizing conclusions into recommendations.

  • Preferred expertise in managing global suppliers, particularly in global workforce regions, with skills in outsourcing, offshoring, understanding workforce models, analyzing trends, and identifying suppliers to enhance supply chain efficiency and risk

  • Analyzing data and leading analysis to develop fact-based recommendations

  • Presenting results to executive leadership and the broader organization

  • Be a great communicator, able to share complex ideas simply, advocate teamwork, and coach data storytelling

  • Partner with key strategic suppliers to build strong relationships and drive continuous improvement and value creation

  • Supporting Sourcing and Procurement Chief Procurement Officer in strategic organization planning and driving growth opportunities

Education And Experience:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree with an outstanding record of academic achievement is a plus

  • 10+ years of relevant professional experience in consulting, strategy, procurement, sourcing, retail, or related industry

  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills

  • Exceptional problem-solving ability including logical reasoning, creative thinking, comfort with numbers and the ability to work through complex issues

  • Ability to work effectively with people at all levels across our international company

  • Defining, implementing, amending, and maintaining large, complex contracts

  • Demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication in English

Travel Requirements

  • Domestic and international travel less than 10% of work time.

  • Ability to travel independently.

  • Must have a valid passport.

  • Ability to travel by air.

Compensation:

Target salary range CA, CT, CO, HI, NY, WA: $182,500-$258,350
