Provide support across multiple technologies and business areas, acting as the first point of contact for IT issues via phone, email, or instant message Build, install, and configure PCs, wireless networks, and peripheral devices like printers and smart phones Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and manage applications and hardware components Perform SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data, generate management reports, and ensure database performance and integrity Set up accounts, perform remote troubleshooting, and ensure security controls, backups, and firewall management are maintained Assist with system upgrades, review vendor performance, and oversee contracts with suppliers What the company needs in an IT Support System Analyst 3-5 years of Help Desk experience, with a passion for networking and programming Scripting experience in Microsoft 365, familiarity with PowerShell, and Cisco Umbrella (VPN, DNS, firewalls, etc
