Key Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing outstanding service and assistance Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat Resolve customer issues and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and policies to provide accurate information and recommendations Process orders, returns, and exchanges while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and escalate complex issues as necessary Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction by identifying areas for process enhancements and providing feedback to the team Key Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is a plus Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual fluency (English/Spanish) is a plus Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help customers Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and composure Proficiency in using computer systems and familiarity with CRM software Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team player mindset Copy this link to share this opportunity!
