Ultimate Staffing is recruiting a Commercial Title Assistant in the Irvine CA area. In this role you will be providing administrative assistance to the Title Insurance team. This is a contact to potential hire opportunity.
Schedule: Monday Through Friday 8am to 5pm
Pay Rate Range: $ 25 to $30 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Performs a wide range of administrative or support duties to assist title processes as part of a branch office or member of a title team for transactions ranging from single site to high-liability multi-site commercial real estate transactions
- Provides customer service to external clients and field escrow offices; may act as a liaison working with multiple parties to coordinate the resolution and completion of the title process
- Recognizes and solves typical problems; selects solutions from established options
- Handle day-to-day transactions for customers and acts as a liaison between lenders and the loan operations department.
- Assist in handling loan closings.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree
- Pre-employment Screening
- 2 Years Relevant experience
