Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (Required)DL - Driver's License - Department of Motor VehiclesDepartment of Motor Vehicles, LIC - Licensed in Field - State of OhioState of Ohio
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree
- Valid state driver’s license with acceptable Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), and provide proof of insurance, if applicable
- Minimum of eighteen (18) years old
- Current Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure in the state of Ohio
- 1-2 Years of Experience Preferred
