The Adoption Specialist is responsible for effective dissemination of information and end user engagement, acting as a change agent in the promotion of system adoption and supporting the organization towards achieving meaningful use of health information technology.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- executes day to day operations of health IT adoption and engagement programs for the enterprise; IT Super User, IT Rounding and IT Modified Duty Programs, Others
- leading IT Rounding sessions, administration of Super User designation portal, facilitating meetings, develop and administer training, maintaining program plans and providing project support for CareConnect and other IT initiatives
- .serves as a liaison for end users by identifying pain points and looking at trends to escalate to appropriate IT teams for resolution
- partners with operational leadership and IT teams in the development, implementation and optimization of the adoption and engagement portfolio to support overarching goals of the organization.
This is a flex-hybrid role which will require you to be onsite at least 10% of time or as required by operational need; there are no reimbursements for travel to "home office" location. Each employee must complete a FlexWork Agreement with their manager which will outline arrangement parameters and aids both parties in fully understanding expectations. Arrangements are regularly evaluated, and are subject to termination.
Salary offers are determined based on various factors including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, and equity. The full salary range for this position is $64,800 - $137,600 annually. The budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position is approximately $85,000 - $110,000 annually.
