The Treasury Manager will report to the VP of Global FP&A and will be responsible for performing moderately complex to complex analyses, including managing the company's cash flow forecast, administering debt and hedging activity, and preparing monthly reports including: Management presentations schedules, financial statement supporting schedules, interest expense reconciliations and debt covenant compliance calculations. Forecasting. Create and maintain the Company's cash flow forecast (13 and ...52 week) and budget (1 & 5-year outlook). Forecast an accurate balance sheet using working capital metrics as drivers and a free cash flow forecast that enables accurate measurement and management of cash flow. Work closely with product planning teams to recommend periodic buy limits and analyze/communicate expected cash commitments variances to existing models. Monitor capital expenditures against established budgets and prepare monthly project status updates and monthly project expenditure forecasts. Forecast company interest expense and interest income. Assist with the monthly closing process and provide explanations of variances to the forecast. Maintain accurate records, provides documentation, and explains processes as requested. Reporting. Maintain and build on existing reporting to analyze key balance sheet accounts and metrics (i.e. DSO, DPO and DIO) by region and in total, including AR, Inventory, AP and other liabilities. Identify and execute hedging strategies to mitigate financial risks related to purchases of product by foreign entities. Respond to internal and external audit requirements and inquiries. Review of monthly and annual bank compliance reporting. Calculate accrued interest expense/income. Banking. Create treasury reports related to cash flow projections, cash flow variances, revolving bank debt, and forecasted liquidity. Daily monitoring of cash & loan balances and releasing wires in the banking portal. Monitor corporate debt for interest and fee payments; verifies the accuracy of all calculations, covenant compliance, and initiates payment on the central ABL. Monitor and establish new treasury services with the bank, as necessary. Ensure compliance with respect to applicable treasury-related key controls. Perform other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as required, assigned and directed. WHAT YOU'LL NEED:Bachelor's degree, preferably in accounting, finance or related field. MBA, CPA, or advanced degree in Business or Accounting preferred . years relevant experience. Experience in Financial Analysis or Accounting also considered. Experience with foreign currencies and hedging preferred. Advanced Excel skills required. Solid knowledge of accounting/financial concepts and techniques. Ability to work with minimal up-front guidance and take ownership of work product, working with all major functional leaders of the Company including executives. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet tight deadlines. Ability to work independently and manage from a distance. Works independently to perform assignments and develops approaches to solutions.
