Job Description:
- Collaborate with senior analysts to streamline processes and ensure efficient workflow within the benefits department.
- Address intermediate benefit inquiries escalated from the HR Service Center, collaborating with external vendors to manage benefit programs effectively and resolve any issues that arise.
- Facilitate funding processes, collaborating with Sr. Benefits Analysts, HRIS, payroll and IT teams.
- Responsible for managing H&W, Retirement, and Leave of Absence file integrations.
- Manage and administer retiree accounts and oversee the funding processes for Retiree Reimbursement Accounts.
- Maintain benefit invoices related to benefits programs, ensuring accurate tracking of expenses.
- Conduct regular audits of benefits data to ensure compliance.
- Oversee arrears processes, including ongoing automation initiatives, to streamline operations and optimize efficiency.
- Liaise with payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely submission of benefit-related files.
- Perform reconciliations for various suspense accounts, including 401k plan, voluntary Legal, HSA, and LTD, resolving discrepancies.
- Compile and prepare retirement and death packets for employees, retirees, and beneficiaries.
- Assist with the communication and implementation of new benefit programs or changes to existing programs, ensuring employees understand their benefits options and how to access them.
- Assist with ad hoc projects and initiatives within the benefits department, providing support as needed.
- Stay updated on changes to benefits laws and regulations, ensuring that benefit programs remain compliant.
Base Pay Range:
The base pay range noted represents the company’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.
$80,730.00 - $98,670.00
