The Position
Peacock is seeking an experienced, innovative, and collaborative leader to oversee Brand Marketing Planning. As the Vice President you will be responsible for leading a team of experts in strategy, operations, and media, to develop and execute on the master brand positioning and strategy, as well as building integrated, brand-centric campaigns for Peacock to drive awareness, affinity, and love for our brand. Key to the success of this role is a strong sense of collaboration with leaders and key stakeholders across the business to realize our brand strategy across every function within the business. This leader must be able to steward best-in-class campaigns, working across all internal Peacock and Comcast NBCU teams and functions, working closely with external partners and agencies when needed.
This role demands adept stakeholder management, an ability to present to and influence senior management, effectively lead a highly skilled team with smarts, grace and compassion, and champion a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work culture.
The Person
You are a data-minded strategic brand marketer and business leader who can lead cross functional teams to cut through a crowded and extremely active marketplace with effective campaigns, positioning, and messaging. You like to take big swings on ideas that are grounded in the needs of the business and help to drive both short-term and long-term KPIs. You think about brand marketing as integral to growing the business and craft clear marketing strategies to align teams on a shared vision. You operate with a challenger mentality and will adapt and react to changing market conditions and business needs.
