JLL has a great opportunity to join our growing Retail team at Manhattan Village Shopping Center.
**This position will work 32-34 hrs/week.
Shift could be 10am - 7pm or 12pm - 9pm
JLL is looking for an energetic, friendly, and professional individual needed to provide outstanding service for our retail center. The ideal Concierge is an individual who has a passion for providing an exceptional experience to guests. The Concierge Team will serve as experts and the primary resource for guests seeking information about the property and surrounding attractions. Position slated to begin mid-end of May.
Must have superior customer service skills in a fast-paced environment, as well as be able to stay focused on goals during downtime. Professional appearance and demeanor is a must.
Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of entertainment, dining and cultural venues, and commitment to keeping that knowledge up-to-date
2+ years previous experience in hospitality, customer service or retail preferred
Job Duties
Upholds helpful, friendly, and professional service standard at all times
Directs guests efficiently to retailers, dining, lodging and attractions
Effectively pairs services to guests’ needs
Utilizes an “above and beyond” approach to assisting guests
Supports all property programs and initiatives enthusiastically
Assists with keeping Guest Services Desk stocked with information including local maps, brochures and event literature
Builds and maintains relationships through networking with retailers
Takes a proactive approach to understand trends, citywide events and hot spots to easily direct guests inquiring about festivals, events, attractions, restaurants, hotels, tours and transportation schedules in the surrounding area
Gathers feed back from retail partners, customers and vendors to support monthly reporting.
Flexible schedule, must be available for some weekends and evening shifts.
Estimated compensation for this position is:
20.00 – 20.00 USD per year
The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
