Education and Years of Experience:
? Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering, Computer Science,
Mathematics or other related scientific or technical discipline. Master’s degree preferred.
Required and Desired Skills/Certifications:
? At least 10 years of experience planning, designing, building, and implementing IT application systems.
? Must have led or been chief architect in a major IT applications implementation effort.
? Must have a strong background in software engineering principles and techniques.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as business acumen
? Ability to compile and organize information and present findings to management
? Confident in decision making and the ability to explain technical processes or choices as needed
? Excellent multitasking skills and task management
? Ability to complete milestones and work toward multiple deadlines simultaneously
? Outstanding problem solver
Additional Requirements:
? At least six (6) years of experience in designing medium to large-scale sites and management of at least five
Internet projects.

Location: Primary place of performance is HYBRID with 40% onsite requirement at the Baltimore City Headquarters or at facility location based on project need. One week per month onsite is required.
