- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of relevant experience, particularly with real estate accounting and trusts.
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
- Must show initiative, self-motivation and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks with competing priorities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with tact and poise while operating with the highest level of conduct, integrity and confidentiality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel and Word.
- Ability to compose and present information in Excel, including writing complex formulas for analysis and presenting in professional format.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong work ethic, task-oriented, reliable, with ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
