Education:
- BT 2: Bachelors degree OR Enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field, plus experience with ABA therapy
- BT 3: Masters Degree, OR Enrollment in a Master's degree program in Applied Behavior Analysis or closely related field, or in a coursework series that meets the educational requirements for the BCBA examination, is preferred, plus 2 years experience with ABA therapy.
- Must have Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
Experience:
- At least two years of ABA experience with individuals with autism spectrum disorders and/or other related developmental disabilities is preferred. Experience with high intensity challenging behaviors is preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of experience with high intensity challenging behaviors preferred.
