This position is responsible for development and provision of workplace violence (WPV) prevention education, including but not limited to the AVADE Workplace Violence and De-escalation training regional program. Key duties are to develop and maintain curriculum to the best standards of evidence, keep training materials updated, own all aspects of WPV prevention program operations, maintain records, and collaborate and consult with other departments and divisions to eliminate violence in the workplace.

Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral health-related field (e.g. psychology, nursing, or counseling).
- 2 years of Data analysis and management experience.
- 2 years of Extensive experience with principles of violence prevention, de-escalation.
- 2 years of Experience leading WPV/Threat Management teams/committee
