Do you have the education and experience to be a Patient Navigator- Organ Donation?
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master's preferred
- Relevant working experience: Patient Services/Relations or Navigator, Sales, Motivational Interview Training, Child Life Specialist, EMT/Paramedic, Customer Service Representative, Crisis Mangement, Substance Abuse Counselor, Health Administrator/ Community Case worker/ Social worker, Nursing-LPN, Educator/Teacher.
- Certification or license in nursing, social work, grief counseling or crisis intervention preferred.

This role requires frequent travel (valid driver license and own vechicle) and ability to commute to different hospital partners within our service area
