Your Purpose
To be an integral part of the Partnership & Commercial team supporting team members and the tasks at hand. You will be responsible for updating and managing marketing material, handling administrative tasks, collaborating with teammates and supporting the team to ensure goals are being met. In this role, you will implement and coordinate event-centric content on the Brightline Guide to help drive ridership.

If you have experience working in a fast-paced environment, ability to multi-task while delivering exceptional work, are motivated by new opportunities and have the desire to help shape the future of transportation in Florida, this opportunity is for you!
Your Role:
- Handling the day-to-day needs to ensure that the Brightline Guide is performing to its fullest, for example: researching event-centric content, creating and updating content pages, seek new spotlight partnerships, load new content, maintain pages to brand and SEO guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing and social team on marketing assets, copy, campaigns that support the Brand Guide
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure all marketing assets and collateral (web, app, one sheets, etc.) for the commercial team are up to date as well as creating new materials for various promotional packages for business segments: Corporate, Groups, GDS, Wholesale
You:
- You are a self-starter, enjoy taking initiative and have excellent time management skills.
- You should be proactive, positive and have strong multi-tasking skills.
- You have a personable demeanor with strong verbal and communication skills.
- You are detailed-oriented and take pride in being organized and have getting work done in a timely manner.
- You have a willingness to learn and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- You have strong computer skills and experience with MS Office. A plus if you have a digital email or marketing background.
