The Outpatient-Retail pharmacist is responsible for dispensing medications and providing consultations to physicians, employees and discharge patients as well as the patients of the community at large. The Outpatient Pharmacist will serve as a resource to the patients, physicians, pharmacists, nurses and other members of the health care team. The Retail pharmacist; 1) assures safe and effective medication use and; 2) demonstrates proficiency in delivering care to assigned age specific patient population (e.g., infants, adolescents, adults, geriatrics, and pediatrics); and 3) comply to applicable State and Federal laws governing the practice of retail/outpatient pharmacy.

Required Qualifications:
- Graduate from a college or university of Pharmacy.
- Upon hire: California Pharmacist Registered
- 1 year experience as retail pharmacist or hospital outpatient pharmacist.
