We’re an international team of 200 people based in the US, Poland, and Costa Rica! We are looking for a self-starter to join the Experian Insurance team as a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist. You will own the customer lifecycle journey for insurance, helping to develop the strategy and execute across multiple channels to achieve measurable growth for the business. The ideal candidate is a curious and passionate individual with proven experience in building out customer journeys to effectively engage and acquire customers. Key Responsibilities
Own the lifecycle marketing strategy and execution of campaigns to increase engagement and drive conversions with Experian Insurance.
Map the customer journey across different entry points to create highly impactful campaigns, using and testing effective communication strategies relying upon on where the customer is in their lifecycle.
Partner closely with our teams across Product, CRM, content & data teams to deploy data-driven campaigns to acquire new and engage existing customers with Experian Insurance.
Manage, adapt, & enhance post-lead cultivate communications, including message development & testing across the different stages of the customers lifecycle journey to drive conversions, cross-sells, and improve retention.
Maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors and effectively navigate platforms to develop & launch complex campaigns.
Monitor daily campaign performance and health to ensure we maintain strong deliverability, reputation, and engagement metrics.
Qualifications
6+ years of strong experience managing and scaling CRM or marketing campaigns.
BA/BS in Business Administration or related field.
Hands on execution experience in Iterable or other CRM system.
Knowledge of personal lines insurance industry and competitive landscape.
Strong understanding of how to monitor email deliverability metrics & mitigate issues.
Self-starter with demonstrated analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
