What you'll do:
Develop a regional sales plan featuring specific, measurable objectives aligning with the company's broader goals and strategy on a district level
Collaborate with Corporate Account Managers regarding applicable key national accounts within the district to develop business development programs
Monitor and analyze the report to assess growth opportunities and identify businesses at risk, ensuring proactive management strategies. Oversee the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive report tracking current and new business within the Four Company Pillars
Mentor the sales team to build relationships with engineers and other design professionals, builders, framers, and building officials within the residential and commercial markets to ensure builders' products are accepted and integrated into construction and design projects
Regularly obtain and develop knowledge of the region, including market pricing, code and product issues, distributors, dealers, component manufacturers, commercial accounts, and other related business and products
Promote the organization as a company of people, service, and product while prioritizing profitability and expense management
Support and lead strategies, marketing planning, and sales training initiatives. Influence and implement effective strategies to drive marketing and sales success. Create goals and objectives to support district sales managers to profitably grow existing accounts and establish new business

Qualifications
Bachelors Related Field required
6+ Years of Sales or Home Building and/or Residential Construction Industry experience required
Experience as a team lead or people manager required
SalesForce Experience preferred
Equivalent combination of experience and education which clearly indicates the ability to perform the essential functions of the position may substitute on a year for year basis
Able to use Microsoft Office Applications

Proficient in English reading and writing, ensuring clear communication within the team and with stakeholders. Demonstrate strong analytical and mathematical aptitude, understanding business metrics for informed decision-making. Utilize knowledge of home building and/or residential construction products, software, automation, and service solutions to guide team decisions. Physical Demands
Must be able to traverse all areas of construction sites or manufacturing plants in all types of weather. Site visits may include: walking, standing, climbing, for extended periods on uneven surfaces. Must be able to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
