Education and Years of Experience: College Degree in Business Administration, Communication, Organizational or Cultural Change
Management or equivalent business experience
Required and Desired Skills/Certifications:
? Minimum of 5 years’ experience related to the successful delivery of change management work in the
disciplines of change management methodology, job/role design, stakeholder engagement, sponsorship
alignment, communication planning, training/performance support and organizational readiness
? Exceptional written and oral communication skills, able to synthesize information and tailor communication
style and content for a variety of audiences.
? Demonstrated experience conducting meetings and making presentations
? Proactive self-starter; effective in both team settings and as an individual contributor
? Previous experience with large-scale, technology-related change
? Must be a team player and a consistent, dependable performer with an excellent work ethic, flexible "cando" attitude, and a results-driven commitment to success
? Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
? Experience using Microsoft Office applications
? Ability to work independently and manage work to a defined schedule
? Comfortable and confident presenting to front line and executives.
Additional Requirements:
? Large scale system deployment experience within a healthcare organization
? Prosci or other Change Management certification a plus

Location:Primary place of performance is HYBRID with 40% onsite requirement at the Baltimore City Headquarters or at facility location based on project need. One week per month onsite is required. May require travel to other offices as needed.
