Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Executive Assistant to support our Legal Department in managing administrative operations and providing crucial assistance to our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal administrative support, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Legal Department's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries.
- Prepare and proofread legal documents, presentations, and correspondence.
- Assist in drafting and editing legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and memos.
- Maintain and organize legal files, records, and databases.
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails and phone calls.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Prepare expense reports and track departmental budgets.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role within a legal environment.
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology and processes.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and legal software.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
