Duties and Responsibilities:
· This is a contract leadership position and will provide task management and program management support to the overall performance of the work in DDU.
· Coordinates directly with the PM and DDU Deputy Chiefs for performance planning, training, targets, and results.
· Conducts research and analysis of foreign economic structures and how they support their military industrial complexes.
· Performs analysis of economic health of foreign states and non-states and help determine the true level of defense spending and financial ability for and sustain military operations. Performs research and analysis to determine potential economic leverage points and vulnerabilities of foreign economies.
· Conducts all-source analytic production on sources and products of information available from public, private, and U.S. and foreign Government open-source materials within established security protocols.
· Analyzes foreign and domestic based publicly available information to identify trends, patterns, and relationships that provide unique insights to address defense intelligence requirements.
Minimum Required Skills/Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, market research, security, intelligence, or related field
· 8 years of experience in risk analysis, competitive intelligence, commercial due diligence, finance, or mergers and acquisitions
· 8 years of experience in applying analytical standards to business intelligence, and security or intelligence data
· 8 years of experience using commercial and proprietary business, legal, and intelligence databases and resources (e.g. Marigold, Panjiva, Bloomberg, Factiva, LexisNexis, BVD, PitchBook, Factset, Capital IQ, Thomson Reuters, Dunn & Bradstreet, Dow Jones, etc.)
· 8 years of experience identifying trends, patterns, anomalies, and recommended solutions
