JOB SUMMARY
This is a bedside RN position in a community-based acute care, not-for-profit hospital. As the primary point of contact between the patient and the world of health care, the nurse enjoys the frequent interaction with the patient by utilizing hourly rounding and the implementation of patient care to achieve safe and effective care.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: See License and Certification.
Experience: 2 years experience with the Neonatal population or completion of a Neonatal Core Class preferred.
Knowledge and Skills: Able to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing. Able to work in a fast-paced environment; and manage/prioritize/delegate patient care, and complete work assignments and other duties, as assigned.
License and Certifications: Current nursing license, state of California. Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS card required by effective date of hire/start date. NRP within 3 months of hire/transfer into the unit.
Equipment: None.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to perform the essential physical job requirements.
PAY RANGE
$46.50 - $70.09

Salary offers are determined by candidate’s relevant experience and skills. For per diem positions, a standard rate is used based on market data and not the candidate’s individual experience.
