*** This position is for potential upcoming opportunities*** The Utility Energy Subject Matter Expert (SME) will conduct negotiations between the military and energy utility companies across the United States, including drafting contracts for power purchase agreements with vertically integrated or retail choice markets to obtain Carbon Free Electricity (CFE) for military installations. The successful candidate will act on behalf of the government to procure 100% CFE for installations to meet the requirements of Executive Order (EO) 14057, “Catalyzing Clean Energy Industries and Jobs through Federal Sustainability.” You will also interface with DoD and interagency working groups and personnel on behalf of the DoD to assist in meeting the government-wide goals of EO 14057.
