SALARY: The hourly rate for this position is $16.00.

The Monmouth Vicinage is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented individual to work on an hourly basis (approximately 15 to 18 hours per week) in the Civil Division Arbitration Program. Under the general direction of a Court Executive 2b or designee; this position will enter data into the automated system case management system and schedule arbitration events; prepare calendars, sign-in sheets, vouchers and materials for arbitration sessions; report outcomes; enter follow-up information on spreadsheets and deliver materials for further processing; monitor arbitration sessions; ensure that parties and arbitrators flow in and out of the arbitration rooms and receive assistance with copies of papers; telephone communications and coordinate access to the team leader or a judge to conduct the sessions; receive and respond to questions on judiciary policies and procedures including program eligibility requirements; review correspondence and data processing output or accuracy and process mail; and performing related duties as required.
