Front Desk Coordinator
Location: Hagerstown Maryland
Hours: are flexible- Monday through Friday: 7:00AM-4:00PM or 8:00AM- 5:00PM
In office, no Hybrid or Remote opportunity
Pay: $18.00 an hour to start- once hired on $19.00 an hour
Job Description
- Welcomes customers to showroom
- Answer incoming calls and responds to incoming email and internet requests
- Answers questions and advises residential and commercial customers in selection of all product lines
- Answers reception calls and forwards to the appropriate person/department
- Aids in reception/admin functions including but not limited to filing for the Service & PM departments, mail, customer follow ups
- Accurately identifies and measures products
- Prepares OTC and Nav quotes for residential/commercial customers following pricing parameters
- Follows up with customer on quotes
- Manage sales orders to completion with customer
- Responsible for receiving accurate payments from customers
- Contact vendors for best pricing, specs and lead times
- Manage Bid Book (entering new bids, updating bids upon revision, updating won status)
- Manage and maintain current job files
- Assist customers to load purchased materials into customer's vehicle
- Needs to be able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds
