- Ability to prioritize and efficiently execute many tasks, follow institutional procedures, and work independently with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work with a broad range of people on different projects.
- Strict adherence to confidentiality requirements and discretion with sensitive information.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), knowledge of or ability to learn accounting and finance systems, and relevant NRDC specific software and platforms.

- Experience with integrating equity tools and processes into strategies a plus.

We offer competitive salaries, excellent benefits, and a supportive working environment. Salary is based on a nonprofit scale and is commensurate with skills and experience. Internal equity will be reviewed and considered to determine a final offer. For this position, the salary range is $67,300 to $74,200.
Our offices are open, and we are operating in a hybrid model. We offer NRDCers flexibility, and we ask them to come into the office and spend meaningful time there in collaboration with their colleagues. We call this purposeful presence.
