Order Entry Clerk
Job Location: Benicia, California
Pay Rate: $22-$23/hour
Job Type: Permanent
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-4pm
Description of Position:
Are you an experienced Order Entry Clerk looking for a great temp-to-hire job opportunity? Join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently processing customer orders and ensuring accurate data entry. Your attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional service will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive orders from customers via mail, phone, or other electronic means.
- Obtain customers' details and billing information, and accurately enter the information on the order form.
- Notify departments when supplies of items are low or when orders could deplete available supplies.
- Inform customers about prices, shipping dates, and anticipated delays.
- Prepare invoices, shipping documents, and contracts.

Experience Required:
