Automation Pharmacy Technician 4 (Traveler)
The Automation Pharmacy Technician 4 will travel to customer locations to provide support coverage, conduct training on Omnicell automation equipment (XR2, IV Robot, PakPlus, etc.) , conduct competency reviews, and provide direction for improving site specific operations and efficiencies. The Automation Pharmacy Technician 4 will be responsible for learning the important terminology and components of Omnicell automation equipment. The Automation Pharmacy Technician 4 will prepare and maintain the Omnicell automated equipment for daily use, perform advanced equipment troubleshooting, maintain optimal medication inventory levels, review / maintain reports. The Automation Pharmacy Technician 4 will engage with various levels of customer service by identifying and addressing any customer concerns and report to the Manager, Pharmacy Services. This position carries the responsibility for the successful completion of all operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for identifying/ordering medications to ensure medication inventories are at optimal levels.
Perform automation equipment cleaning, maintenance, and optimization as required.
Responsible for monitoring and ordering consumable supplies required for the operation of the equipment.
Responsible for performing advanced troubleshooting and prescribed maintenance of automation equipment and reporting unresolved equipment issues to the TAC/HD.
Maintain a high level of communication with pharmacy services manager and customer, to ensure proactive, solution-oriented problem identification and resolution.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by aligning the Pharmacy Services Program to provide customer-focused support emphasizing quality, professionalism and responsiveness, by acting as liaison between OMCL and customer to assist with customer concerns.
Conduct training and ensure completion of all required documents and compliance with all Pharmacy Services procedures and policies.
Must be available to travel up to 100% of the time to various customer locations.
Maintain fiscal responsibility for work-related expenses, per Omnicell travel policy.
Comply with reasonable procedures, policies and guidelines established by the Customer facility.
Maintain national certification and all state required credentialing.
Act as a resource or SME, for OMCL team members, providing training and/or assistance either on site or remotely to ensure optimal workflow.

Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED (required)
