Job Description Summary |
The Manager of Continuing & Professional Education Programs at the LaFetra College of Education (LFCE) is responsible for leading and managing initiatives to provide accessible and high-quality learning opportunities beyond traditional degree programs. This role involves strategic planning, collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, course production and development, program evaluation, and professional development support. |
Minimum Qualifications |
At least two years of the following:
- Experience in Higher Education.
- Developing and delivering educational programs.
- Preparing reports and other forms of communication.
- Knowledge in computer programs and educational platforms.
- Critical thinking skills, logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing support to students, faculty, and staff in a multitasking capacity.

- Exceptional customer service skills and strong communication skills; written/verbal.
- Logical and data driven.
- Customer centric, collaboration driven with a tech/business mindset.
