What’s a typical day as a Customer Service Representative? You’ll be:
- Providing efficient and professional customer support via phone and email through our ticketing system
- Managing a high volume of support requests daily, ensuring that our customers receive the best solutions possible
- Maintaining precise and accurate handling of tickets and customer data
- Working independently and within a collaborative team environment to identify product or service issues
- Staying informed about product and policy changes relevant to product support
- Expanding operations to include weekends during peak season, which may include overtime
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have 2+ years of customer service experience
- Are proficient with Microsoft Office Word and Outlook
- Have experience with eCommerce and Ticketing platforms (a plus)
- Have a home office setup with a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace to receive calls
- Are independent with strong decision-making skills and the ability to multitask
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on customer service
- Are able to build collaborative relationships with co-workers and cross-functional teams
- Have exceptional time management skills with a high degree of accuracy and accountability in a fast-paced environment
- Are enthusiastic about holiday consumer products and sharing that excitement with our customers
