Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Human Resources team with day-to-day operations of the HR function including employee relations, benefits, compensation, and compliance
• Work directly in the HRIS system ADP WorkforceNow to update information and analyze reports
• Assist with benefits administration, leave programs, answering questions related to benefits and open enrollment
• Employee relations, disputes, terminations and investigations
• Facilitate ATS operations and updates, help with onboarding new-hires, new hire orientation, exit interviews
• Respond to HR inquiries and assist with communication of employee requests
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
• Work collaboratively with the HR team to achieve results related to company initiatives

Qualifications

• Experience with using ADP Workforce Now HRIS system is preferred, but some type of HRIS experience is required
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification is preferred but not required
• Over 5 years of experience working with different HR Functions including employee relations, benefits administration, recruiting and talent acquisition, training and development, compensation, onboarding and orientation
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks with a high degree of accuracy
• Teamwork, work ethic, flexibility
• The ideal candidate should be proficient in office software and possess excellent communication skills

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business or related field preferred

Compensation

• This is a direct hire position with salary range of 70-80k with potential for flexibility depending on experience
• This is an in-person position with some travel requirements, and option to work remotely on Wednesdays
