Perform disassembly and assembly of complex electronic products, i.e. printed circuit boards, chassis, harnesses to sub-assemblies and component level
Utilize extensive amount of interpretation of drawings, specifications, schematics, sketches and instructions
Exercise care to ensure that each step in the process is completed correctly and that each assembly or finished product meets the quality specifications
Notify the appropriate personnel of any problems associated with the disassembly or re-assembly process
Assist engineering in the methods of assembly of products, operation sheets and drawing developments
Recommend changes to facilitate the ease manufacturing products
Maintain records as required to charge direct labor time to specific product amounts
Perform duties using a variety of hand tools and related production equipment
Provide training and mentoring for other employees as required
Perform other routine operations within fairly similar situations as required
Provide written and/or oral communications concerning a variety of situations
Keep workstation, tools and equipment in a neat and orderly manner
Understand and comply with all Company, safety rules and regulations
Engage and participate in a self – directed teaming environment

The hourly pay range for this position is $25 to $30/hr., depending on related work experience. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, their education, and the work location.
