HYBRID ROLE BASED OUT OF OUR JACKSONVILLE OFFICE
Job Purpose:
Our Accounts Payable/Accounts Receiveables Associate will be responsible for carrying out accounting clerical duties associated with a specific accounting function. This position requires familiarity with clerical procedures and works under minimal supervision, providing a variety of staff support services to a department or group of professionals. The ability to interact and communicate with internal and external customers is also key to this role.
Job Responsibilities:
\u25CF Review policies, procedures and standards relating to the Accounts Payable processes
\u25CF Review of Payments, stop payments, and payment discrepancies
\u25CF Daily report review for duplicates, follow-up reviews and issue notifications related to Webmethods, SFD and Infinium.
\u25CF Aging accounts payable discrepancy (APD) follow-up with the field to ensure timely resolution of issues and processing of invoices.
\u25CF Vendor Relations reporting and analysis to support effective interaction with suppliers.
\u25CF Resolve vendor inquiries.
\u25CF Research in multiple systems.
\u25CF Review Received not Vouched (RNV) to ensure accurate inventory valuation.
\u25CF Vendor with Credit balance review and resolution.
Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications:
\u25CF Extensive knowledge of SFD, Infinium, Navision, Excel, Filenet, IXOS and AP processes.
\u25CF Ability to work independently, multi task, work under pressure and adapt to sudden changes in the work environment
\u25CF Excellent communication/interpersonal skills and collaborative work style.
\u25CF Understanding of how AP impacts other teams and how other teams impact AP.
\u25CF Strong customer focus, organization and time management skills.
\u25CF Ability to take initiative and build processes that add value to the business.
\u25CF Ability to interact, collaborate and communicate
\u25CF Excellent attention to detail.
Work Experience:
\u25CF 1-3 years of related job experience.
Education:
\u25CF High School Diploma/GED
