The Countrywide Systems Team is hiring a Systems Coordinator. The individual must have outstanding multi-tasking skills as well as exceptional communication skills in order to effectively work as part of a larger team as well as within the smaller coordinator unit. This individual must be comfortable working in an environment where knowledge sharing is more vital than having individual experts. The coordinator group has a combination of shared and split responsibilities across all production applications utilized by Sales, Service, and Underwriting. In addition, the coordinator will be responsible for working with their peers to ensure testing deadlines for the various applications are met and the work is completed with the highest degree of quality. They will also be responsible for representing the team when working with other areas or units within GEICO such as Tech, HOUND, OGC, etc.
Requirements:
- Experience in Sales, Service, and/or Underwriting
- Ability to work a weekday and occasional weekend day, starting at 3am on a rotating basis
- Recent Geico experience strongly preferred.
- Experience in systems testing or tech bug triaging highly preferred
Qualifications
- Excellent analytical skills to triage problems
- Strong knowledge of the Sales, Service, and Underwriting production systems
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office to include experience using Excel, Word, and OneNote in order to compile and analyze data as needed
- Ability to effectively prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines
- Flexibility is a must to meet the needs of the business units, testing requirements, & regular system releases
- Strong oral and written communication skills
Location: This position in Hybrid (3 days On-Site).

Annual Salary
$51,000.00 - $99,000.00
The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
