Supplier Diversity and Small Business Analyst
Key Role:
Grow in Booz Allen’s Global Supply Chain organization and support our Supplier Diversity Program (SDP) team and Small Business Office (SBO). Act as an integral part of supporting the company’s supplier diversity initiative aligned to Booz Allen’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) priorities. Learn about contract strategy and program execution including outreach initiatives, compliance, industry and government relations, and internal and external communication. Support the business development team, mentor-protégé program, outreach efforts, analyze and create metrics and reports, and support SBA and DCMA Small Business Program audits. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in a professional corporate environment
Experience creating presentations for various levels of staff
Knowledge of Small Business Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) requirements
Knowledge of proposal development efforts for Small Business Plans as required in government solicitations to ensure compliance to FAR 52.219-9
Ability to drive priorities and work various proposal efforts simultaneously
Ability to analyze large sets of data and operate under Booz Allen and government systems
HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications:
Experience working for a government contractor
Experience with a DCMA Small Business Audits
Experience with developing or reviewing Small Business Subcontracting Plans
Ability to drive priorities aligned to the firms overall Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) strategy
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
