The Media Connections Associate Manager leads integrated and full-funnel media strategy, planning, buying, execution, and performance reporting for one business unit (Yogurt) in partnership with the media agency. This role is HYBRID and may be based in White Plains, NY OR Broomfield, CO.
- You will be accountable for an enterprise focus area (e.g., oversee Upfront, Sports, Hispanic advertising for the portfolio of brands and provide at least one internal training/presentation to upskill the Marketing org).
- You will be accountable for ensuring the brand teams timely and properly brief the agency, and in turn setting a high bar for the agency to develop and execute media plans with excellence that attain campaign objectives- be it launching a new innovation, activating at a tentpole event, acquiring new households, testing a new partner, or raising unaided awareness through continuous media reach.
- You will be responsible for the application of relevant media channels including new technologies, formats, partners, content creators to best reach a given target audience.
- You will manage business unit expectations, understanding of timelines (trafficking, reporting delivery, etc.). Proactively and consistently act as a visible and vocal role in key brand, business unit and media agency meetings and campaign decisions.?
- Work collaboratively across the organization and externally to drive integrated marketing plans across all consumer touchpoints.
The base compensation range for this position is $100,000- $115,000 commensurate with experience. FUNCTIONAL AND LEADERSHIP SKILL REQUIREMENTS ?
- Experienced in media planning, buying and reporting analytics and insights ?
- Qualified client leadership; develops strong relationships with brand teams and agency teams and provides strong data-driven points of view and recommendations?
- Qualified business acumen to be a trusted partner to the brand team; understand the brand and its priorities, share, business challenges and opportunities?
- Strong analytical thinking and media math skills; ability to manage a group of brands collective multi-million media budgets and changes? and ability to prioritize overlapping workstreams
- Able to work in cross-functional teams throughout annual planning processes?
- Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills?
INDICITIVE EXPERIENCE?
- 2-5 years of media planning and buying experience at agency/client with preference for digital, programmatic and social media campaign trafficking, development and execution?
- Passionate about the ever-evolving media landscape and consumer behavior
