About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to join its Merchant Services Business Enablement & Marketing team as a program assurance lead. This individual will primarily support the team’s risk and control activities but may be assigned to lead various other efforts using project management, SharePoint publishing, and reporting skills.
In this role, you will:
- Co-lead the day-to-day management, execution, and oversight of risk-related governance requirements.
- Leverage insights drawn from the relationship between issues, corrective actions, controls, policies, and compliance requirements to advise on development, revision, and implementation of the team’s controls, related processes, and procedures.
- Maintain and manage inventory of marketing assets, ensuring appropriate approvals are documented and records retained as policy requires.
- Play a key role in front-line monitoring of procedure and control activities.
- Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations.
- Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate.
- Post files and make updates to Merchant Services intranet site (SharePoint Online).
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with risk identification, process and control development, documentation, and execution with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrated initiative or project delivery experience with the ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment.
- Experience with managing intranet and SharePoint sites.
- Demonstrated proficiency in collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to enhance risk management.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication and stakeholder management skills with proven ability to convey insights and recommendations to senior leadership and key business stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements to organizational policies and procedures.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft skills (MS Teams, Word, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint).
Job Expectations:
- This position offers a hybrid work schedule with a minimum of three days in office per week
